Prices and quotes

How much does a steel structure cost per kilogram?

Truss structures from PLN 8.50/kg net, heavy structures from PLN 7/kg net. The final price depends on quantity, steel grade, execution class and corrosion protection.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Within 48 hours of receiving drawings or a 3D model, together with the lead time.

Which files can I send for a quote?

PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and ZIP. The form accepts up to 5 files totalling up to 20 MB.

Capacity and sizes

How many tonnes can you produce per month?

Around 150 tonnes of steel structures per month: from roof and arched trusses, girders and columns to complete hall frames.

How large a hall can you make?

We make complete arch hall frames, for example a 65 × 160 m hall. For Port Gdańsk Eksploatacja we made the complete steel structure, over 300 tonnes.

What are the largest sizes and tonnages?

Tube and profile laser: up to 12,000 mm. Blasting chamber: 9000 × 3000 × 1500 mm. Powder-coating oven: 6200 × 1500 × 2000 mm. Hydraulic presses up to 500 t, CNC press brakes up to 320 t, overhead cranes of 6.8 t and 10 t.

How big is the company?

More than 280 people work for us in two plants with 14,800 m² of production space. Annual turnover is around PLN 80 m and we have been in business since 1995.

Machines and processes

What sheet and profiles can you laser-cut?

The 2D laser cuts sheet up to 30 mm on a 3000 × 1500 mm bed. The 3D tube and profile laser handles sections up to 225 mm and 12,000 mm long. We also have automatic band saws up to 600 mm, a BEWO tube cutter up to 80 mm and a 3000 × 13 mm guillotine.

What presses and benders do you have?

CNC press brakes of 320 t, 120 t and 40 t bend sheet up to 20 mm over 3000 mm. Tubes are bent on CNC benders up to Ø76 mm, and for forming we have hydraulic presses up to 500 t.

How many welding stations do you have?

6 Panasonic robotic cells and 23 manual MIG/MAG and TIG stations. We weld structures up to execution class EXC3 to EN 1090, with the process to EN ISO 3834-2.

What can you machine on CNC machines?

SAJO 8000 (800 × 800 mm), MAS 630 and OKUMA MA-600HII (630 × 630 mm) horizontal centres, a MAS 1270 vertical centre (670 × 1500 mm), turning on a MAS SP280 (Ø280 mm, L 500 mm) and the new PUMA 2600 lathe. We also have our own tool shop with grinders and EDM machines, and a 5 × 3 m OKUMA gantry mill is being installed.

How do you protect structures against corrosion?

We blast in a 9000 × 3000 × 1500 mm chamber, then chemical cleaning and phosphating before powder coating in two shops (6.2 m and 4 m), including a new, fully automatic line, in any RAL colour. Thermal diffusion galvanizing is done in-house (parts up to 300 mm, length up to 2000 mm). Hot-dip galvanizing is subcontracted to an external galvanizer within a single order.

Production departments

What production departments do you have?

Cutting (lasers, saws, guillotine), bending and forming, welding, CNC machining with a tool shop, blasting, painting and galvanizing, assembly and engineering, quality control, and PVC tarpaulin welding. All in one place, so you do not need a separate paint shop, galvanizer or tool shop.

Do you do engineering and assembly?

Yes. Our engineering office works in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SolidCAM and Lantek. We do mechanical assembly, electrical installation, and control cabinet design and assembly.

Do you weld PVC tarpaulins?

Yes, PVC tarpaulins and covers up to 20 × 50 m, with printing in vulcanising ink.

Quality and certificates

What certificates do you hold?

EN 1090-1 up to EXC3 (TÜV Thüringen Polska), EN ISO 3834-2 (welding), ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV SÜD), MSWiA licence B-127/2026 and NCAGE code 9C1ZH.

How do you control quality?

Full quality control to the customer’s requirements: measurement on a Zeiss CMM of 1000 × 1000 × 800 mm and an 800 × 800 × 1000 mm measuring arm, weld testing and coating tests in a salt spray chamber.

Own products and projects

What own products do you make?

About 60% of sales are our own products: arch halls without foundations (Hale na bale), mobile and fixed poultry houses (Quramo), aviary systems (Ventra), polytunnels (Progress Tunnels), A33/A33R hovercraft (Airslide), RO pumps and desalination units (Aqua Life), outdoor gyms (Bodys) and organic fertilisers (Biocomforti).

What do you make on contract for other companies?

Steel structures to the customer’s drawings, among others ice resurfacers, mobile screeners, logistics cabinets and parcel lockers, front loaders, truss structures, water turbine components, lattice masts, aviary systems and EXC3 beams. Examples are on the Projects page.

Do you produce for the defence sector?

Yes. We hold MSWiA licence B-127/2026 and NCAGE code 9C1ZH. We make steel parts for remote weapon stations for a partner and build A77 and A33 hovercraft.
