2. What data we process
Data entered in the quotation form: name and email address, and optionally company, phone number, country, the request text and attached files. The same applies if you email or call us.
3. Purpose and legal basis
To answer your request and prepare a quotation, i.e. steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to conduct business correspondence in our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The consent ticked in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Recipients
Form data is sent by email to our sales team and office. Our hosting and email provider, bound by a data processing agreement, may have access. We do not sell data or transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
5. Retention
For the duration of the correspondence and quotation and, if we start working together, for the period required by law and until claims become time-barred.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or your local authority. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address.
7. Cookies and technical data
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts and video are hosted on our own server. The server keeps standard logs (IP address, time, page address) for security purposes.
