Sheet up to 30 mm, tubes and profiles up to 225 mm × 12 m, saws up to 600 mm.

Bending and forming
Press brakes up to 320 t, tubes up to Ø76 mm, profiles 90 × 90 mm, presses up to 500 t.

Welding
6 Panasonic robots, 23 manual stations, EN 1090 EXC3, EN ISO 3834-2.

CNC machining
Horizontal centres up to 800 × 800 mm, vertical 670 × 1500 mm, turning Ø280 mm.

Blasting, painting, galvanizing
9 m blasting chamber, 6200 mm powder oven in any RAL, thermal diffusion galvanizing.

Assembly and engineering
Mechanical and electrical assembly, control cabinets, engineering office, PVC welding.

- 05 Shot blasting Blasting chamber 9000 × 3000 × 1500 mm
- 06 Powder coating New fully automatic line, chemical cleaning and phosphating before painting
- 07 Thermal diffusion galvanizing Parts up to 300 mm, length up to 2000 mm
- 08 Assembly Mechanical assembly and electrical installation
