Complete steel structure
We made the complete steel structure: over 300 tonnes of steelwork. A prestigious project in the port.
Processes:
Laser cutting of sheet, tubes and profiles
2D lasers cut sheet up to 30 mm. The 3D tube laser handles profiles up to 225 mm and 12,000 mm long.
What we do
- Sheet blanks on a 3000 × 1500 mm bed, up to 30 mm thick
- 3D cutting of tubes and profiles up to 225 mm, length up to 12,000 mm
- Cutting to length: automatic band saws up to 600 mm, BEWO tube cutter up to 80 mm
- 3000 × 13 mm guillotine for straight sheet cuts
- Nesting programmed in Lantek
