Steel structure manufacturer to order

Progress Engineering manufactures steel structures for general contractors, hall manufacturers and industrial companies in Poland and abroad. We produce around 150 tonnes of structures per month: from roof and arched trusses, girders and columns to complete arch hall frames such as a 65 × 160 m hall.

We make structures to EN 1090-1 in execution class up to EXC3 and weld to EN ISO 3834-2. Our factory production control certificate was issued by the notified body TÜV Thüringen Polska, so our members are suitable for buildings that require CE marking.

In our plants, profiles and tubes up to 225 mm are laser-cut to lengths of up to 12 m, sheet up to 30 mm on lasers, and members are welded on 6 Panasonic robotic cells and 23 manual stations. Finished structures are powder-coated or liquid-painted in any RAL colour. Hot-dip galvanizing is subcontracted to an external galvanizer and arranged within a single order.

Truss structures are priced from PLN 8.50/kg net and heavy structures from PLN 7/kg net. Send us drawings or a 3D model and you will receive a quotation with a lead time within 48 hours.

From profile to finished structure

  1. Cutting

    Tube and profile laser up to 225 mm and 12,000 mm, sheet lasers up to 30 mm, band saws up to 600 mm.

  2. Welding

    6 Panasonic robots and 23 manual MIG/MAG and TIG stations. Welding to EN ISO 3834-2.

  3. Inspection

    Measurement on a Zeiss CMM and a measuring arm, weld testing.

  4. Protection

    Powder coating or liquid painting in any RAL colour; hot-dip galvanizing at an external galvanizer.

  5. Quote in 48 h

    Quotation with lead time within 48 h of receiving the drawings.
